Do you ship internationally? +

Yes. We ship LTL across the US and consolidate full and partial containers to the Caribbean, Canada, Mexico, the Middle East and Europe weekly. Request a freight quote alongside your material quote.

How fast can I get a quote? +

Standard SKUs receive a written quote inside one US business day. Custom milling and special-order veneer typically quote within three business days.

Products

Is your teak FSC-certified? +

We stock both FSC-certified plantation teak and traceable Burmese teak from established supply chains. FSC chain-of-custody documents accompany every certified order.

What is the difference between BS 1088 Okoume and "marine grade" plywood? +

BS 1088 is a strict British Standard governing veneer quality, glue line, and core construction. "Marine grade" is a marketing term that may or may not meet BS 1088. Always specify BS 1088 with a Lloyd's certificate for true marine work.

Orders

Do you have minimum order quantities? +

No. We sell single sheets and individual lumber pieces from both warehouses. Minimum freight charges apply for very small orders shipped LTL.

Do you offer custom milling? +

Yes. We mill teak decking slats, T&G decking, custom rip widths and pre-finished cabin sole panels to your drawings. Lead time is typically 5–10 business days.

Can architects request specification samples? +

Yes. We send specification samples to architectural offices and design studios free of charge — request via the contact form selecting "Architect / specifier".
